Blackbox games work a little differently, than the other divisions.
In other divisions if your opponent doesn't turn up, you can decide what to do. I.e. get it played or have it cancelled with a support ticket. However as both parties wanted to play the game, it's generally best to get it cancelled most likely something went wrong somewhere (as what happened to me yesterday, so possibly there's a problem at the moment).
In Blackbox though you are obliged to turn up to the match within 15 minutes of the draw. 15 minutes being liberal, you should try to get there instantly. If you are activating in Blackbox, you may not look for a game in another division. Even if your Major opponent turns up, you cannot miss that Blackbox game for that. One of the big draws of Blackbox gaming is that you get an instant match; delaying the match or playing the match later usually isn't acceptable.
Fill in a support ticket, the match will be cancelled and your opponent will receive a strike on his profile. |
