I have one off my player who had an injuries referenced as n in his profile. He also as a red dot on the upper left corner of his picture. I would like to ask you what does than mean?

It is a 'niggle' I believe that means that +1 is added to the injury roll whenever armour is broken.
If the player is not special in some way and you have sufficient cash the perceived wisdom is that you are likely best off replacing the player. It can be worth keeping niggled players if they have good combinations of skills/stats but generally they are just an inferior version of another player who could take their place. Sometimes though, cashflow or the importance of the next match dictates otherwise.
There are also those who keep niggled players for fluff reasons and full credit to them. |

If it is this guy then I would say best retire him before he steals an MVP. You shouldn't need to run that many skinks in a Lizzie team anyway. |

Another option is just use him as front line fodder, he will die quickly in that role and save someone else from the same fate. |
