Season II: Marjorie won both the McCrummer and tied for the Chauncey (Afrika as it was at the time), but gave it to Chauncey so that they'd get one each. Good lass. |

Yea the name of the trophy didn't sit well for me, plus Afrika never won the award so next player up got it!
Might look at an allstar team too, dunno yet. |

Northern Plate All-Stars (starting 7)
Bloth - Corsairs (retired) - with 8 completions and 2 TDs, Bloth was the engine that kept the Plate winning offense running. Retired due to injury after the last game of the season.
Nuenvan - Trolls - 6 TDs to lead the North. A scoring machine. Carried the runners-up due to lackluster Wardancer play.
Fylethil Swiftgrove - Nights - top player on the almost champs. Best two way player in the North.
Will - Allocation - 4 cas to lead the North. Hardest hitter in season 2.
Zillah - Sucks - another offensive stud. 6 completions and 2 TDs. Added 2 cash in his team's only win.
Morpho and Mantus - Corsairs - tough to separate these two with nearly identical stats and complementary skills. Anchors of the plate winning Corsair defense. |

My wardancer played should win an award for laziest player. He performed decently in one game, got injured during the first few turns in two games and spent two games "injured". |

New OBBA League season starting soon!
Hear ye, hear ye!
OBBA, the MOST BESTEST League on Fumbbl, is soon to start season 24.
Comprised of 5 divisions, ranging from the mighty Premiership to the nooby Conference, this football (soccer for those uncivilized folk) themed league has been around for more than 6 years, and is still going strong. Also The North American TZ-ed MLS/USL!
We're always looking for new victims.... um, coaches, so if you think you've got the right stuff (i.e.: and are as mad as Ballotelli), then drop me a PM or read the league rules and apply with a new team!
FORZA OBBA!

Only just saw them, they look like they are good too.
Did you pick the player with the most SPP from each team? Or the top 7 by SPP overall?
Asking so we can do the same for the South division |

A bit of a mix. I looked at the top 2 or 3 guys in each squad to see who really stood out (not counting mvp spp). I gave a slight weight to Cas spp since those tended to be key (like Will with only 8 spp). I discounted completions unless the player had a lot of them in which it was probably a key part of the offense (like Bloth). Finally for the teams lower in the table I looked at the match reports of their wins to see if they came through when it matters.
I ended up with guys from 5 teams and no real stand outs for the last two spots so I have it to two solid guys from the plate winners (which happened) to be my squad. |

Ah ok,
It's not a bad list, we may need to look at a more easily replicated system for the league though!!
It'd get hard to distinguish otherwise! Spp without taking in MVPs is a good one though. |

RIP The Colonel. So much hope. So much greed. So much blood...
All we have to show for our trial is a MV7 Linefrog. Which could be handy. *madly clutching at straws"
Really regretting dumping that RR now. We are gonna need it. |

I'll give the south a crack tomorrow. Although I'm less familiar with those squads. |
