Are their any draft leagues where each positional can only play for 1 team. Ex 1 war dancer 1 dwarf lineman etc.?
If you count the 3 league only teams there are 27 teams with a total of 117 positionals
You could have like 9 teams and draft 13 players each maybe a 1.3 tv. Play round robin would be an 8 game season.
Is this even possible? |

it's certainly possible, though i doubt it's really a thing currently, see for every team there is a back end of it, and those teams must have the pieces made bit by bit, adding stats, skills, so on, then adding the sprites and so on there.
that would need doing for every team and a draft would need creating for every team, so that alone would take hours, and the draft would take longer by itself, all the teams would be lop sided with only 1 player per position, so would be confusing for most to play symmetrically.
all in all, it's a lot of work, for a style of game that may not even be fun for most people, but it's completely doable and there are even leagues that do similar. many even have the added extra of this format of team created from scratch, that allow team coloured sprites, so you can have a team that is purple and another brown if you wish |

If you made a custom ruleset that had a roster with 1 of each player I think it could work (I'm not sure if rosters have a player limit though).
That way you only have to make 1 roster, 1 time. The coaches do the draft & then only hire those players they've drafted. |

No one's done that exact thing, but ...

that's been used before, like cdwat's suggestion there. It works. But your draft process is going to be very long, and as there's a limited number of top positions worth having on a mixed team they probably won't be particularly close in ability at the end of it, especially if people don't know to, or don't want to pick the most powerful combinations. |
