let's be honest: officious ref and throw a rock are both bad, but much worst throw a rock as i have to vaste my apo for nothing at the beginning of the half (and if killed can be remain killed)
so if they really want to keep this silly kick off , officious ref is better. |

- making leap a nearly useless skill
- making wardancers worse and more expensive
- introducing passing characteristic
- splitting accurate and strong arm
- making high elf catchers pass worse than orcs and dwarf blitzers
- making the apoth near useless for anything else than ko or badly hurt |
