I think its an offensive version of defensive. I'd bet its an agility check comparable to how we do hypno gazes right now and if you succeed it turns off the assist from the opposing player.

Defensive did almost nothing for the teams that got it as primaries. It only helped bash teams that saved for secondaries. Giving agility a way to offensively deal with guard blobs is a big buff
