First time I have come across this.
Got matched in Box only to find that my opponent has just started a ranked game. And by just started I mean within seconds of the Box draw from what I can tell. Now maybe I will have time to play him later but if not I am curious about how I free up my team if I need to?
Thanks |

You treat the game the same as a dropped connection. If you do decide you want to be unscheduled contact an admin and ask them to do it for you. |

Hmm...
That's an annoying opponent then..
Blacklist him, and contact an admin to get the issue resolved. |

The rules say a player cannot play 2 people at once, within the agreement of both first, so they broke the rules.
Send in a ticket. |

Yes, I was quite annoyed, not sure how common this kind of thing is. Unfortunately I don't think the Box scheduler takes the Blacklist into account. If I am wrong about that, that would be really cool. |

It doesn't take the blacklist into account, because that could potentially unhinge the whole black box concept. If you want to avoid coaches on your blacklist, ranked is the place to be. |

I wouldn't worry about that aspect of things too much, I'm sure the Admins will take appropriate actions against coaches that make a habit of skipping matches in [B]. |

kind of funny how that hapens. I got scheduled with a guy who 'forgot' he activated. It's a whole 5 min from activate to draw so I guess he has a short attention span. We got the game finished a couple days later, but still annoying t ohave to wait. |
