Olaf the Wizard, the norse lino, has probably reached his potential.
With Guard, Tackle and Fend, I don't know what to take next.
Any ideas?

Pro or Frenzy or Wrestle or Dirty Player
Pro - So you can reroll 2d6 blocks that don't "do" anything
Frenzy - So you can open up holes or complete chain surfs fully to free up movement for other players.
Wrestle - So you can take down low movement opponents and foul them or remove their utility from the game.
Dirty Player - So you can save him from nasty opponents when the game has gone sideways.
I'd go with Frenzy but how comfortable are you with your positioning? |

You already have a Stripper and you have enough Dauntless by far, let alone Frenzy, so there are really no remotely useful skills left. Wrestle, then, maybe. Or Pro. |

And that is your answer - any more skills are bloaty.

Which is why this makes sense - but rolling doubles is easier said than done.
So... you're looking at "best value" to minimize that 4th skill bloat...
o Dauntless: While you have others, it can be handy on the line. Depends who's in your League. (I would also say it saves your higher-value Runners from facing the Big Guys, but... you have none???)
o Pro: Handier than it sounds. Every Turn, any Turn, all 16 if need be, a coin toss to RR a Block (or late-turn Dodge or whatever) with no cost. That's really nice.
o Wrestle: He'll be on Defense, the Wrestle option is not a bad thing, esp if you have some DP's
(* DP: No. You already have 2, and a Guard (much less a Guard/Fend/Tackle) is too valuable to risk being sent off.)
o Kickoff Return: Okay, wait... On offense, if this Guard is not placed on the LoS, it lets him "shift" up to 3 squares, to where you need him to be - maybe up to the LoS one side or the other, maybe fall back, maybe defend against a Blitz! possibility, whatever looks best based on the kick placement. He won't be your ballcarrier, but he would let you shift your formation toward one side or the other. |

shadowing could be fun in blocking wars to move his guard into awkward positions. not a great pick, but may ocassionaly be game changing. |
