The fans are pumped that the finals is set. Lustria is going nutz as the Green Jupiter crew is in the finals. The anticipation for the match is boiling over and the fans are hoping for the home town team to win this.
 Malditos Roedores!
VS
 Green Jupiter
The two teams of destiny in the Lustrian have met up in the finals. Both these teams had this aura all tourney long that there was no way they were going to lose. So many teams fell before them with a chance to win but fell short.
This is going to be a great finals match. I dont see this one being a blow out. It is going to come down to the last few turns of regulation to decide this one. No OT in this final.
Malditos just need some CPOMB love and keep those gutters up right. Hang on to the end and OTS their way to victory, easy.
Jupiter keeps to the game plan and just plods its way along, blowing up skaven lino left and right and in the end the skaven get so shortmanned there is no chance for a OTS attempt because he is in the BH box.
Both teams have cash on hand. Will one of them buy some goodies?
There is a lot on the line besides the Championship. Will the rats win this and prove that Skaven are one of the best tourney teams under CRP?
Can the Lizards finally win a major and shed the forlorn title?
This is a coin flip match, I can make the case for both teams winning this thing.
Iam going with Green Jupiter in the final. They have just plodded along all tourney and it will continue. After they win 2-1 we will look back on this and marvel at how bland the Championship "run" was. But that is their winning formula, dont fight it, go with it.
** Milford Bonus pick **
Jupiter wins the LC and blows into the FC with their new Temple Guard and then proceed to LOSE the opening round of the FC. As NUFFLE takes a big dump on them as tax payment for their LC championship run. |

Congratz rafa for winning the LC! Go rats! Also respect and gongratz to Ullakkomokkorokko (or similar) for an impressive lizardmen run. A shame the home crowd in Lusatria can´t celebrate the first major win for their kind on their home pitch. |

well somehow milford doesnt believe in the rat way
btw if you want to see those lizards again in the FC final, better book a spectator seat. i hear they have great vip lounges at altdorf stadium for major winners. rata blanca is back on track to bring the next trophy to skavenblight, so the 2nd spot on the ptich is occupied  |

Malditos Toedores! hangs on in the closing turns for the win!
What a match FUMBBL fans. This was a close and tense match that had it all. Blood, RIPs, OTS gutters, lumbering ST4 Sauraus, fast skinks and a key riot at the end of the match.
Jupiter hung tough all match long. It was looking grim in the end when the rats stalled out the second half and looked like they were going to win this thing BUT the lizard fans would have non of that! T16 stall out win, Bah! Riot on the last turn from the Lizard fans make this match come down to the wire.
But alas the Lizards with out their AG4 skink had to play "elf" ball the last two turns to move the ball down field for the tie. Muff the pick up and then on T16 muff the hand off. The Bane of AG3 shows up and sinks the Lizards like a 500 LB bowling ball getting thrown over board. It was just down right nasty.
(side note: As a coach who has gotten kicked out of way to many majors because we could not pass a 3+ with reroll at the critical point of the match, it did give me a warm fuzzy that Iam not the only one to lose a majors match because of the AG3 Bane)
This was a great match and the LC delivered the "goods" this year. A very competitve challenge stage and the last 3 matches of the LC were very fun.
Now will either of these two teams make a deep run in the FC or did they blow it all in the LC? |

Well the Roedores! did have a pound of rat flesh taken from them in order to win the LC. Some are now speculating that they will not be in any shape to compete in the FC this year. Also they will be to hung over from the fermented cheese that they have consumed in vast quantites in celebration of their victory.
I quess we will have to wait and see what happens. Although the TV min/max guys think TV is spot on man. They have the neccesary componets to win and as a bonus will get a massive inducement money most likely, who does not like that set up? |

Well MIlford tries to stay as "balanced" as possible when doing picks and so forth but alas he is human after all. He does have some Bias that leaks out every once in awhille. Iam sure coaches who follow Milfords coverage of majors have picked up on some of his Bias when covering majors.
And yes MILFORD WILL ADMIT IT.
HE HATES OTS Skaven teams! with a deep passion, they are cheese deluxe and not even the good kind of processed cheese at that.
Did I ever tell you guys the tale of Milford when he was a young lad and his encounter with a OTS gutter on the 3rd floor of a whore house as he was laying naked next to a fair maiden of the night? |

On another related note: Did this years LC prove that skaven in order to compete in majors needs at least one CPOMB blitzers and a OTS gutter?
Can you get by with 2 CPOMB and no OTS gutters? |

Your missing the point. This is a big picture discussion. Do Skaven need CPOMB and/or OTS gutters to be succesful?
We have two skaven teams winning majors this year and both of them have CPOMB and OTS gutters.
Bottom line: IF you are making a skaven team to enter Majors do you NEED one or both of those componets to be able to compete at a very high level?
Just like the big picture on Lizardmen...do they NEED atleast one AG4 skink to handle the ball or do they need 2 of them? |
