Break tackle can be the worst depending who you take it on.

I've seen it 1st skill on an Orc Blitzer. If you took it on a wood elf catcher it would be just terrible (unless he rolled 2 +ST's and lost AG, but even then).

well yes, but one could say the same when some n00b gives SS to a SF player...

DC.

But the one that really irks me that people actually take (I mean, Extra Arms or Thick Skull is worse, but people don't generally take them) is JU. It's so illogical. 'I'm going to take a skill that it requires someone to knock me over to use, and what's more, it's worth a double'. Rubbish, crap, awful.

JU combined with sidestep can be useful to force a cage to move to a different spot. Most of the times though it just means your opponent will break armor on that specific block Sad

I chose Multiple Foul, because I have never seen anybody take that skill.

Diving Catch is the worst because of how it is coded. It only works when the person with the skill is the target. If it worked like it was supposed to, it wouldn't be half bad.

So how do you think it's meant to work? Razz

Spikes!? That's a great skill!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Get a good player (some extra stats or a few doubles already) and spikes is a brilliant survival skill.

what's even more strange about diving catch is, you don't even have to move towards the ball if you don't want to.

I had a pass-blocking beastman with VLL once and I've never had a player that was a bigger blitz and foul magnet. I think he lasted two or three games after choosing pass-block.
