I usually play from 8pm to 11pm (french hour). Tonight, I'll make sure to only activate the Mammoths.

I hope your godsons are really talented cause I'm a terrible coach Very Happy

Alvin needs a bit of toughening up so as his Godfather I volunteer him as the central man on the LOS.

Brave Sir Robin feels that he needs a position that reflects his desire to learn more about what looks like it might be a very violent game so has requested the bench please. Now I know that this would mean that the Mammoths would have to start with only 10 players but Brave Sir Robin feels he would be able to contribute more from a certain distance.

[Brave Sir Robin is going to start on the LOS isn't he..]

I'd be happy to let Brave Sir robin acquire some experience from the bench, but the referees won't let me did it :'(

Something tells me that at the first block against him he'll fall, you know, "KO"... So LOS isn't an option for him. I'd rather use him as a permanent threat to the opponent, the sudden death comin' from nowhere!

Yes, but it's Brave Sir Robin's sudden death that he is worrying about...and for shame, as if Brave Sir Robin would ever pretend to be hurt though it should be noted that he is a notoriously slow starter in games and feels most comfortable when playing against opponents either half as tall or half as heavy as he is. Crossed fingers for the Mammoth's first opponent to be an all snotling team.

Going to miss some of the first game due to girlfriend having just put dinner on (I don't think she'd quite understand the laptop being at the dinner table even though she is amused by the concept of Brave Sir Robin) but I will be there in spirit and as soon as I can, in person!

Go Mammoths...Go

As for uniforms I am thinking something along the line of Chocolate brown and cream stripes; something eye-catching for the milkmaids on the front row watching those glorious men relaxing on the bench, stretched out but ready to burst into action at a moment's notice. That kind of thing.

Well the important thing from that first game is that 1) No-one got seriously hurt 2) Brave Sir Robin was unhurt and nearly awesome and 3) we are that much closer to being able to afford a bench and thus ensure that players like BSR aren't over-used and are fresh when giving out their details to the milkmaids in the crowd...
