1.b. Is a fumble a successful throw then?
No.
6. Can a goblin only stand up OR move? (The wording of the rules implies that they can't do both.)
I think that might be a holdover from a previous edit. Goblins can move normally, including standing up and using their remaining MA.
7. Does a goblin have to be standing to score? (ie, what if trips into the endzone?)
Standing. You can stand him up next turn.

Want me to make the 2nd troll, and make him look inferior? Slightly smaller or something? |

I'm absolutely not averse to you doing such a thing - in fact, it would be much appreciated!
You are under no obligation to do so, however.

That's not a bad idea, but I'm leery of spamming people with PM's. Perhaps this forum thread could be used instead? That being said, if most people don't mind a PM thread, or specifically request such, then I'll do so. |

G'day - I'm heading off to hospital in an hour's time to have a triple by-pass, so I won't be back around these parts any time soon.
I hope that you all have a brilliant festive season.
See you on the other side. |

Round One Summary
Across the Southern Wastes, the beer and mead continue to flow, the singing, dancing, cavorting and carousing show no signs of stopping. For this year's Spectacle though, Bullrush has wound to a close.
With 12 games played by 6 different teams, the competition was hard, fast, and contained no small amount of sheer stupidity and mayhem. Goblins, eh? From gobbled goblins, to Spiked-ball knockouts, and ALL of the casually-crippled goblin missiles, Bullrush certainly had the crowds entertained.
9 Goblins ended their lives inside the cavernous gullets of their Trollish team-mates...
Enough fluffery though. Who won?
Competition at the pointy end was tough. Special mention goes to this year's Hosts, the Furnace Valley Knitters who, out of 4 games, only managed a close win over newcomers the Matadors - how embarrassing!
Of note also were the Not Maths Class laureates, who managed to play 5 games, one of which had the highest margin of all games played, beating the Pixels in Disguise by 6 goblins.
The winners though, were the Tillydale Incredible Roaches! Beating their nearest rivals in a 9-5 thriller, the Roaches go into the second round of Traditional Games with a narrow, but significant lead.
Next up, Dodgeball!! |

Dodgeball
A day or so late perhaps, but the Bullrush has officially ended, and the Dodgeball tournament is ready for applicants.
The process for each team now is a little tricky.
1. Teams must be unreadied. You can ask a tame FUMBBL admin, or play one last Bullrush game with an opponent (which will not count to your score).
2. Fire all your current players. Those of you who wish to remember particularly great Bullrushers may reference them in their Team Bio.
3. Hire a NEW team from the Dodgeball players on the Buy Player screen.
4. Ready your team, and maybe let me know in this thread. I'll be keeping an eye out over the next day or so and add teams as they are readied.
Any questions, clarifications, ask away, etc etc... |
