As for the tier system, I think we should wait a bit before judging.
If the elfnado happens, then the currency of the hybrid teams shall increase.
It's more an environment thing in my opinion. |

I mean, the fluff is entertaining but its not very informative to the rules reality as it stands. Take em as legends and myth and its sooooo easy to digest both fluff wise and game wise.
Also, who is writing this stuff? Humans are obviously going to fluff up their own achievements. Its kinda funny that so few people take into consideration who is writing their gospel while taking every word as absolute truth. |
Jeez dude, just accept, politely, that all people don't think the same as you rather than denigrate. I've stated I, & many others it seems, enjoy STORY & that should be enough for you to leave it be rather rail. But whatever, no time for you Dr. Jones...

I can't wait for the new rules to be implemented. I think that GW did something the BBRC did not in considering perpetual leagues. The changes make sense to me and I'm excited to see the environment that eventuates. |

Here's what the Big C said:

I am denigrating against fluff literalists because yall are ridiculous and constantly spinning your wheels on how things should be. Sucks to be you stuck in a cycle of crushed expectations. Fin. |

How many games have I lost to this 8448 Blodge Leap Sprint (no Loner!) monster. Almost as much as when facing a team with three Counts, two mummies with Pro (as PO), a +ST Wight, and an +AG blodging ghoul.
EDIT. Griff was 8448, of course. |

I find more ridiculous people denigrating other people for having different opinions backed up by official background of the game.
I can sleep even if Humans are not as they should be according to the fluff, but I just find inconsistent that the rules don't represent their fluff and wanted to point it, nothing more. |

Griff's MA stands extended.
***
Starting from the beginning of the Rulzbook, I noted a source of confusion an the resolution to the a very important question.
The source of confusion is about the concept of coach:
Quote: | Don't look in the box for these, because there aren't any - you and your opponent are the coaches! |
This could lead to confusion, as there is a thing called coaching staff in DZ1, of which we can have "models" and among which we find the Head Coach (free!). As said previously, one needs a Head Coach to Argue the Call.
The clarification comes at the beginning of the sentence right after the above quote:
Quote: | To avoid confusion with the team's players (the plastic playing pieces), [...] |
Pieces.
Boom.
All these comments where we were told the figurines were not pieces.
Checkmate. |

Question:
In "My Dugout" app, when creating a team you can also hire stars. Does this mean we´re back to rostered star players? |

The Death Zone 1 says no:
Quote: | Teams created for a league cannot include Star Players |
The Rulzbook is less clear on this:
Quote: | In addition to the normal players shown on the team lists, you are allowed to hire special Star Players for your team. |
My guess is that teams only playing with the Extra Rules can haz Star Players, but not teams playing in leagues. |
