T15 fouls are off topic, though. |

While disliking T16 fouls I agree on the existence of 'strategic' T16 fouls.
In a closed League I'ld even say killing the players of a rival(!) team always makes sense. Fouling the Jump Up player in T15 may be a tactical decision.
Further an outspoken feud between teams and/or coaches is a reason. Even if established in that very game- between a cowards T16 foul and the outspoken and ongoing attempt to murder every last one of them is a difference.
But other than that there is no reason to foul in T16. Frustration in the aftermath would be the worst reason. Coward, who does so! |

I used to be an opposer but now fully understand / accept / expect it. I even occasionally do it myself these days although only if I can target a nice high SPP player. Fouling is part and parcel of the game and should be enjoyed by both executor and recipient of the tactic. |

Oh my! Wasn't this locked?
I blame Plorg's extensive and well put together list of fouling topics for this one being dug up from the depths! |

But to each his own. |
Your coach taught you not to foul? That gotta be a mistake |
No, they taught me how to win a game without demeaning my opponents. You see this in NFL all the time where there is a clear win. They stop blitzing the QB, or pull out star players and allow others to play, et cetera. I could give a lot of examples, but anyone who has ever played a competitive sport understands what I'm talking about.
Hell, for that matter you see it in a lot of sports. After all there are equally as many poor winners, as there are poor losers. |
You are aware that this isn't a real sport tho... its a game called BLOOD bowl of which almost every action is designed to hurt, maim kill the opponent!
Ok so to repeat... NFL real (and hardly a clean sport btw) BloodBowl not real...
If you need further proof i don't think i have ever seen a player die after gfi it NFL... although i have never seen an Orc, Elf or Mummy in NFL either |

Fouling is fouling. Doesn't matter what turn it is. T1 or T16. You can argue all day about the neccessity of a T16 foul, but in the end it is personal choice. I personally like blood. Mine or my opponents. Let the blood flow. |
