Well there are countries that enjoy 3 or 4 weeks of world cup every 4 years, not 2 weeks like others...

** Milford from the Finals match of the GLT **

Well Fumbbl fans we have arrived at the title match. Two months of battling, clawing, scratching, biting, DP boots, MB's to the nads, knees to groins, some eye gouges and one incindent of big toe pulling and we are left with our final two teams. A lot of teams got robbed, some nuffled their way through some matches. But in the end Rata and the Wanderers some how found their way to the finals match. This one is going to be a classic one Fumbbl fans. A cant miss match to determine the winner.

VS
ImageWoodhead Wanderers

Well Rata just blew through the main draw scoring at will and have found the winning combo in Hakflem and a grey seer. They will also be getting a handicap to help them out. Rata just needs to keep doing what they are good at, scoring and scoring at will. Against Wood Elves that is allways a good tactic as it makes the elves focus on scroing and not beating down the poor line vermin. At this point the rata crew does not need to trick it up. Just stay to the gameplan and ignore any CAS and just go for TD's.

The wanderes enter the match ready to go and bring with them a wizard and Jordell. They opt for the wizard instead of Deeproot in the match. Rumors are that deeproot is deeply offended by this and promises to make the wanderers pay a steep price if they run across each other on the pitch. I dont know about the wizard move to be honest. I think Deeproot was the way to go. He could provide that much needed firepower for the match. The wanderers need to find a way to do what no one else has been able to do. KILL those damn gutter runners and end Rata Blanca's run of terror. The Elves need to dig deep and find their nasty side and get the CAS count going. The run and gun style will not "play" in this match against the rats. They need to find that middle ground of pounding the LOS and getting set up for the long drawn out stall.

This is going to be a classic match. Two teams that are built for the "one game". TD's are all that matter in this one. It is all going to hinge on who can get the early advantage either in CAS or on the scoreboard that will dictate this match. I just think if one side can get their basher side up and running it will set the tempo and give them a huge advantage.

Well I can make the case for both sides BUT....Rata Blanca really has it rolling now and when it comes down to a one match scenario were CAS dont matter, well advantage to the skaven.

Going with Rata Blanca over the Wanderers 3-1 in a close fought match that comes down to the last few turns when rata gets the key turnover for the seal the deal 3rd score and the GLT championship.

Dear Milford, we would indeed have loved to hire Deeproot, but are 20k short of his regular fee. There is still hope though, as we offered to pay him 70k cash plus all of the match winnings! He promised to think about it and seek council with Slowbrain Pinkbark, spokestree of the FIFA-BB, about the issue. Unfortunately it is more than unlikely that there will be an answer in time. Or even this year.

---

More important are the great news for all Skaven fans out there!
The Lovely Lady Beguillia of the Cherries, local Queen of the Wood Elves, has announced to host an all Skaven party in honour of our much respected opponents and their followers!

There will be free Warpstone Brew all night, Throw-a-rock stands with live Skink targets, a squeek-o-meter for a "loudest fan" competition, red lantern tents with the rare Witch Elven lift-skirts who will jump up frenzy blitz you as long as you can keep knocking them over and most importantly: giant flat screens with live cabalvision coverage of the match, close up slow motion replays of all the nasty tacklings and fouls and the famous Headsplitter as half time commentator!

So ask yourself dear Skaven fans, do you really want to be at the stadium, where a greedy goblin steals your precious coins for a stale, thin beer you had to wait for in a line for like 20 minutes, and where you have to share your space in the stands with filthy Orcs and rough Dwarves?
Or would you rather join the party of your life that happens to take place at the very same time, precisely on the other side of the town?

Very Happy

Not only that they employ filthy party tactics, they also have hired assistant coaches from all over the old world!

You are employing 3 assistant coaches yourself, and it is well known that Skaven ACs are only out there to carry out dirty tricks. But we are innocent and peace loving Wood Elves, we don't know anything about that!

So we decided to hire the 'Special Coaching Unit' of the Goblin Consulting Group to help us out.
They always send parties of seven goblins: a getter of refs, a half-time drink analyst, an eavesdropper, a chainsaw guy (just for posing), a mentalist, one with a cudgel and a replacement.

Well Fumbbl fans Rata Blanca did not disapoint and just took it to the Wanserers. They were a scoring force all tourney long and take home the GLT trophy.

It was a very impressive win for the skaven. Lets see if they can do it again next month in the lands of Lustria.

Well Fumbbl fans Iam outta here and headed down to Lustria for some R&R before the big show comes to town,
