Even Charlie Chaplin is only a 3-er.

I had to go into 19th century films to find actors with an infinite Bacon factor. Astonishing.

heh...and the only reason why those are infinite factors is probably because there is not enough documentation Wink

How about worldfamous Finnish actor (in Finland) Vesa-Matti Loiri, who starred in the brilliant "Uuno Turhapuro" comedies that capture the Finnish soul and mentality. Just to break the Anglo-Saxon hegemony. Maybe some Finnish coaches can help? Mrmojo? Anyone?

I'd start with italian actors, but one of the best, Vittorio Gasmann, had a role in Sleepers (with Kevin Bacon) and is a 1st degree.

So I have little hope to find infinite factors in Italy...

ps: I am starting to hate Kevin Bacon Very Happy

Wasn't Turturro also in a movie with Adam Sandler? Mr. Deeds I think it was.

I am astonished ....
Anyone ever heard of the movie "Vampyr"? A movie on the edge of silent to talkie ... a French-german production with a danish director ... who gave the male main cast to the main financer ... (or did that guy give the money to get the role Smile ?)....

Anyway, you would not expect to find this i-have-money-but-am-a-crap-actor Julian West in any other movie...
Still, he has done another and that gives him a Bacon degree of 3....
wow

tom byron was in what gets me hot! with traci lords
traci lords was in cry-baby with johnny depp
johnny depp was in edward scissorhands with dianne wiest
dianne wiest was in footloose with kevin bacon

best guess is traci lords is the easiest link to mainstream films if you're going adult...as for her to kevin bacon....that's the best i can think of....

Well, whaddya know!
rocco siffredi has a Bacon number of 3.
Rocco Siffredi was in Chameleons (1992) with Kim McKamy
Kim McKamy was in Willard (2003) with Jackie Burroughs
Jackie Burroughs was in Cavedweller (2004) with Kevin Bacon

I think the internet adress given somewhere before is pretty reliable and it says that Kevin Bacon isn´t under the first 1000 best centers. The best is Rod Steiger, whoever he is.

Rod Steiger was the warmonging general in Tim Burton's Mars Attacks.
I also note that the first Swede qualifies as number 7, constant supporting actor Ernest Borgnine at 20 and the first actress is Karen Black at 21.

Loiri acted with Bruno Kirby in a movie called "Historiaa tehdään öisin" and Kirby acted with Bacon in "Sleepers"
So that makes only 2nd degree.

Those are all far too easy. How about a good hard one. Try this hero Mac for the win.

Obviously this game is too easy for some of you.

Make it more challenging by ditching Bacon and chooing an actor/actress who you have watched in all his/her films. Or as someone else suggested, play the original game, list any two people instead of always Kevin Bacon, Kevin Bacon, Kevin Bacon!

Let me start.

Ed Burns and Julie Andrews

Find the Bacon degree of 2 for
Edward Arnold

Yes, it exists.
