Left as in ending up in your reserves box? if the answer to my question is yes, i can inform you that only players that have been KO'ed can be apo'ed to stay on pitch. |

Yes the Apothecary has changed now, it forces a reroll of the injury roll and you can choose which result of the two to apply. If you choose badly hurt then it automatically works and the player moves to your reserves box.
Ergo that doesn't look like a bug |

After watching your replay (i can watch a replay of your game so far, even though you are still playing) i can see this is the case So as grumble points out, this is due to apo change in lrb5-6. |
