My kroxigor got fouled and the opponent rolled a 6 and a 2 so he should only have been KO'd but it said killed.
It looks to me like he got +4 to the injury roll because of the 3 assists and an assist from the player fouling, but the rules state that assisting players add 1 to the armour roll only not the injury roll, also I may be wrong but I don't think you get +1 for the player making the foul either.

I don't think thats a bug!
As you can read in the log the injury roll was a 10. Afterwards the CASUALTY ROLL was a 6...2, it's a 62, and 61-68 is DEAD! |

Thirded, no bug just a mis-understanding of the casualty roll versus injury roll. |
