system: kubuntu (Karmic Koala)
After connection is established and i did my the setup is done
the client crash.
Most of the times earlier during setup
And sometimes during my op is setting up.
I played some matches when the client was young.
But i can not remember the version( 4.?.?)
Description of what i mean with crash->
no more chat, nothing moves
I have the same when i am spectator.
Close to 90% of the times it crashes after a player is selected or if a player is already is selected he may move one square. Then it crash.
But it happens that i could see a complete match.
that was possible with 0.5.3! |

Hi,
i do not have that problem here with Ubuntu. The 64bit karmic runs and runs and runs.

try to mute souds from the client before the start.
I've the same problem (client froze when a player act, either in-game or as spectator) using Ubuntu and muting sounds works well for me..  |

mickael, have you tried updating your sound card drivers? Seems like ther emight be a problem with them if the sounds wont work. |

and for playing 2!!!! |
