That's right folks, L has migrated to CRP (or FFB if you prefer)
We're wrapping up the details on the group pages for NWL, NWL NEW, and will be accepting draft preferences soon. We are not going to transfer over any experienced NWL teams, we'll all start with fresh teams.

As long as all of our new teams are named after our old teams with the word "Babies" added to the end.

We may need to redefine the draft rules on Baller, Betweener and Basher. Maybe some consideration to other groupings like Rock, Paper, Scissors could be used to help. E.L.F. has a new way of grouping teams that may be worth using as a guide too. For the record I don't know the Elf groupings off the top of my head and I realize they are based around how rough it is for Elves to face those races.
I'm not suggesting we just use some other leagues classification system unless we think they really nailed it as the best way to group the races. Just that looking at those other classifications might help us to make our system is good as possible.
Maybe a new system like-- (made up on the spot)
Heavy Infantry - Dwarves, Orcs, Khemri, Undead
Medium Infantry - Norse, Humans, Necromantic, Lizardmen
Light Infantry - Skaven, Amazons, Slann, Vampire
Little and Low - Goblins, Halflings, Underworld
Can Openers - Chaos, Chaos Pact, Nurgle, Chaos Dwarf
Freaking Elves - Wood Elf, High Elf, Dark Elf, Pro Elf
Not sure where to put Ogres but Little and Low is short 1 team... so I guess they can go there.
Anyway... that is just a suggestion that I didn't put much time into... so do what you want with that and my other suggestions in this post. Classifications like this could help us keep the racial balance a little better in the days of the ClawPOMB.
After looking at my system I think the worst aspect is the NAMES of each group. |

Not a bad thought to break up the divisions a bit more I'm not sure how much work it would be for those in charge to keep it organized though. I like the way you broke them up Ogres would be hard to group with the big guys and the snotlings. I have no idea how they do in the ffb ruleset either |

NWL Battleground will once again get up and running.
I will post details as I get the group page updated and rebuilt.
Remember that battleground is a monthly KO style tournament. |

For the first season of the new client...Season #20....I say we let anybody who wants in....IN...Suspend the NEW div for season #20. That will be a reward for all coaches who want in on the NWL that they dont have to punch their ticket into the main group through the NEW div. |
