4 of the dark elves teams i have made, i have had a kill or a -1 strength to a blitzer on the first game. I just ended a game where I rolled a 1 or skull EVERY SINGLE TURN. The generator is cursed for me. Oh and for the first two turns, my opponent cracked armor on every single hit, including my skull. |

Ha! We had exactly that where I used to play Bughouse (Siamese) Chess. It was called "Free for all Flames and Rages," and it was an awesome display of anger and profanity. |

Stop playing DEs! They are CURSED. Yes they are cool, but Nuffle hates them and have cursed them to oblivion. |

just noticed this thread and i'm feeling better its not just me, I was losing alot of elves, which is expected, so thought i would make the change for a game and go with my Lizardmen team, stronger armour should last abit longer. Wrong, first 3 turns, Kroxigor gets ko'd and never recovers, 1 Saurus dead another Saurus SI and then a skink BH. AV9 paper armour. To make it worse I lose another Saurus to BH in the second half. |

Dark Elves are uber uncool, and this might explain your problem.
They are massively and critically overexposed. You even get them on kids t shirts now, they are the 'hello kitty' of the BB world.
Maybe switch to HE? they are proper cool. |
