This is a list of all the things people have suggested over the years that they would one day like to see implemented in the League division.

I will add stuff to the original post as people suggest more stuff, that i have missed, so that we have it all in one place. It would just be a nice little resource to have i think?

Options for prizes for League/Cup winners
Money prizes
Bonus MVP
Awarding Skills to players
Healing Potions
(all of this can be handled by roster customisaton tbh)

Rules
Implement correct forfeit rules for leagues and tourneys.

League Format Options
*Option for Round Robin where each team plays each other twice.
*Home and Away legs for cup games (scores carry over, aggregate score the winner, if a draw overtime in the 2nd leg only). Also an option for away goals like in football would be nice here. I could see obba using that.
*Resurrection tourney/leagues (the team is healed after every game, injuries don't count) already implemented but we need roster customisation to make it work.
*option to change the number of turns in a half and *the option to have the game split in to quarters etc..
*Increase the maximum number of teams allowed in an open round robin to 50 or preferably to have no limit.
*Option to add a Black Box style scheduler

Customisation
Galaks Bank Rules.
Adjustable Spirraling Expenses.
Select weather prior to a game.
Select which team wins the coin toss prior to game.
Manually scheduled games via click, drag and drop.
Option to change overtime from golden goal (as it is now) to all 8 turns are played then coin toss if it is still a draw.
Transfer players between teams and transfer teams from one coach to another.
Optional limits for number of players on the pitch. so 7s teams can have a bench etc...
Change pitch dimensions, length, width of central zone and width of wide zones (very low priority)

Option for league admin to edit league teams rosters after a team is created.
*Change player name and cost
*add and remove skills, change stat line
*add and remove injuries
*add and remove staff, re-rolls etc...
*add players too a roster.
*Change team race name.
*Customise starting treasury
*The option for admin to unReady a ready team
*Inducement restrictions (low piority because it can be easily done with local agreements anyway)
*Inducement price - ability to change them.
*Secret Weapon rolls has been added now, would be great to allow league admin to change the SW roll.
*Allow customer star player lists for teams.
*Customise skill progression - so changing the spp required to get a skill and the number of skills a player may get.
* Home Team advantages - like palmed coin, +1 Fame, FF bonus, all customisable.

The ability to take the client off the site to run leagues etc... for customsation reasons, an api that allowed this seems to be the preferable way of doing things.

For the sake of BB7s.

Being able to set up 7 players on pitch instead of normal 11 and still keep a bench.

Starting rosters with minimum 7 instead of 11 too.
Customizing starting treasury.

that is covered in my first post. If someone creates a team and you have the option to change their name stats and skills it is the same thing Wink

I think that would just be client side. But I will add it, not sure if it is going to be possible though.

edit: Ditto for Dungeon Bowl. It would need a huge amount of work client side. Im not going to add that to the list, though it would be amazing Wink

Opps i missed that one, added it now. I think thats a good idea. Lots of TT tourney and leagues start with 1100 TV and it would also help out BB 7s too.

One feature that is a MUST, imo, is more customizable schedules. Unless you use one of the very rudimentary formats, you don't have auto-scoring and such. I would like schedule makers built in (similar to the schedule maker tool at http://schedules.footballguys.com) where you can enter the teams and the type of schedule you want. Also, would be great to be able to set a season to x games long with y teams, then drag and drop teams where they play in the schedule.

A better way to handle bye-weeks in playoffs would be great, where the team can gain say, an MVP and the MNGs return.

I'd like to see the optional MVP rules: Coaches selecting the MVP / dead and induced players not being eligible for the award.

Resurection leagues with starting skills? That would be cool...

Would be good practice for TT. (Or would that just make TT good practice for FUBMBL?!?!)

Why would you exclude the league admin from being able to edit his own team?
He's the commish, if he's cheating people will catch it, call him on it and quit the league. Kinda pointless to me to exclude the admin from working on his own team & then being forced to have another admin just to do his own teams editing. I can see the need for this in another environment, but I don't think it's needed here & just creates another hassle for league admins.

Are open RR leagues restricted to 26 teams now? If so could we please double their size.
