One of my Horror of Tzeentch Flamers rolls 6+6 for his first level up (other flamer is still level 1).
I'm thinking of ignoring the strength and going for the double and take HMP instead since it's wonderful with bombardiers. If I give him +str I feel he will be "forced" to fight a lot and be in the pack of things with too many people around him to be able to throw bombs effectively due to TZ (not to mention he will most likely do more blocking which is often a waste of not-thrown-bombs). Granted I can see str 4 as being a good way not to get him hit (which HMP works better for) and with leap he can be an interesting blitzer.
Thoughts?

Maybe stunty has made the leap to tabletop. Whatever the reason - say yes to HMP but be ready to accept the bug if anyone ever catches a HMP bomb. |

It's for a local table top league that we are playing using the Stunty Leeg rules
If you wonder about the rest of the team it's pretty much brand new (one greater horror with block) |

I would probably go with pass tbh. HMP is too random, or maybe accurate. |

The optimal way for me would be to have my flamers like this:
Flamer 1: Pass,Accurate,Strong Arm
Flamer 2: Pass,HMP
Then one can be close to the action throwing precision bombs while the other sits in the back lobbing bombs at cages/ballcarriers/clumps of players |

If you want one to be close to the action, then ST4 could be a good idea. Lack of G access is a problem, but with potential MA9 and Leap, they can make useful blitzers. ST4 would also make getting 3 dice blocks easier, which helps counter the lack of G access... |

But because its stunty wont the st 4 just make him a bigger target for bombs, st5 claws and chainsaws?
I'd take a passing skill - pass, accurate, and HM are all good options. |

I would take a non-double skill, as to not get banned
I would also give my players proper names, as per ToS.
Also, if I had multiple account, I'd avoid playing site adimns. |
