Hi mates, i would love to receive a bit of advice.
Right now, Bolgron Spiderheart, my best ever blitzer, has managed to cause his 150th casualty. He's the oldest active dark elf, has lead the team to win the XLIII E.L.F. and it's fighting to dethrone Golradir as the top dark elf blocker in history.
So.... as you can notice, he has suffered so much along his career (being so selfish and proud doesn't help). You think he has done enough to deserve a healing potion, or would you fire him? I have the feeling that, once potioned, he will die right in the next game.....
Would love to hear some advice. Thanks in advance for reading. |

If you fired him before he has a chance to bypass Golradir's 161 cas,
would you regret it forever?
Has he earned the right to stay on the pitch
and perhaps die or achieve glory or both?
Personally, I wouldn't heal anyone unless is was a mid-tournament emergency.
So my advice...
enter that team in GLT,
heal Bolgron immediately,
and chronicle the heroic saga. |

I'd consider waiting until he gets a -St to go with everything else. There's a badge for that. |

I would just play on. He can still do what he does best (hitting stuff and piling on it). Definitely go for the record! And for the badge Dunenzed mentioned, should you be lucky enough that he suffers -ST before he dies. |

Although he can still hit he is at significant risk of death with the -AV and niggles. As your greatest player and not far off a record it may be he deserves a return to his former glory. |

In my opinion two niggles and an -av is a -bit- much. I'd heal him to preserve his chances at dethroning Golradir. |

It depends really. Are you someone who loves to play the tournaments, or do you play more casually? If tournaments aren't a factor then use the potion. For me potions are for my cool players that break records, but then tournaments are rarely my thing.
I burned two potions on my zombie and don't regret it at all. |

In the end i healed him.
I'm not a tournament man, i just enjoy the player, and even he may die next game, i prefer to play him with not so much worries about armour, movement and all.
Thanks so much everyone for the responses. |

Most would have fired a long time ago, if it had gone this far I would have aimed for the badge. |
