For actual reason, while the UI is taking place (and i saw snappy's post but wanted to bring it up the other way around since weeks)...
honestly... is that supposed to be a highelf cup on ulthulan? were the people from the northern region start with hate against darkies in warhammer because they are pure evil?... i dont think there is any possible way to explain why highelves should play side by side with them...
fluff explanations don't need to be always completly right.. but they shouldn't be completly pointless either, right? |

It just splits into soft and bashy teams. Fluff is just second here I think. |

I read that in another thread some time ago (maybe concerning last years UI). And Skaven were considered bashy because of their access to Claw etc. .. So this is not my opinion but was the creators intention I think |

I would propose another partitioning:
- High Elf, Dark Elf, Wood Elf and Elf together with Amazon, Chaos Dwarf, Chaos, Orc, Halfling, Skaven and Lizardmen
- On the other side: Human, Norse, Dwarf, Undead, Vampire, Necro, Khemri, Nurgle, Gobbos and Ogres.
It's just as arbitrary as the actual partitioning, but probably would produce even more exciting fixtures. |
