Because they start with 2 block players = perfect for fling hunting and killing
They start with Dodge Ball carriers, a nightmare for flings to knock over.
The ball carriers have Ma7 perfect for running past Ma5 players.
They start with 2 mummies, St5 players, with 2 assists a tree goes down.
Fouling isnt very effective against regen teams. it makes it a lot more risky.
almost tailor made for beating flings really. apart from Dwarf and CD who are just ridiculous vs flings, I think undead and orcs are the two toughest teams to face. |

I really depends on your play style. I find pointy ears MUCH harder to beat than bash teams for instance...
But yeah, the OP should keep his money. 100k isn't much, and you have to replace flings every game or so, so it's worth saving it, unless you have millions in bank. |

As a guess, something about two St 5 mummies getting no-assist 3d blocks w/ MB v. AV 6 Stunties that aren't much faster, spearheading the rest of a superior team. |

Welcome to the fling club
make sure you read the fling strategy page
http://fumbbl.com/help:LRB6HalflingStrategy
as for the chef early on you need to be getting him EVERY match make sure your picking opponents who are 100 tv up on you.
save the cash you need to be rotating flings that dont double or stat
once you have 160+ you can pick teams that are a little above you preferable 60tv this means that when you drop 100 in inducments they wont get anything as they cant buy anything for 40k
also be wary when inducing a chef as many teams have some nasty stars at around the 100k mark chainsaws and whatnot which just destroy flings.
as for your team well done on the wins. i personally would start over with 0 ff as you are giving ur opponents free skills in exchange atm.
as always good luck and have funk |

JP you need to work on the formatting of that page, bolds underline etc... Also after the latest round of site updates a load of punctuation was replaced by wierd symbols.
sorry i just couldn't look at it in its current state |

I took a swing at it. It…s still rough, but no longer causes seizures. |

Really? I thought just about the hardest team for 'flings to face other than Dwarves was Norse. |

Yeah Norse are really tough too and zons. But they are strange as you can slaughter them with a little luck because of their low Av.
I only played once vs norse on fumbbl though - http://fumbbl.com/FUMBBL.php?page=match&op=view&id=2945996
edit: Kam seems to have won 2 and lost 2 vs them. Which is a pretty good record imo, as they are very tough to play against, especially now they have a CPOMB theat against your trees. |

I'm 4/0/2 vs Norses and one of the defeats was against Jane (well several victories were against rookies too, I admit).
The key thing with Norse is to strike hard and fast. They have AV7, so you can easilly take them out, and if they don't have a large bench which is generally the case at low / mid TV, just foul your way to victory once you start outnumbering them. I guess the same could be said about Zons, but the dodges are a real problem: it's harder to take them down, and if they want to run, they actually can.
EDIT - Oh, and frenzy traps. Always. Everywhere. That burns the RRs they don't have. |

Can I play too?
If we're only talking about chances to win:
Ogres
Khemris (but you may be left without a team at the end of the game)
Underworld
Chaos Pact
Chaos
Flings
Vamps (easy enough, ST4 is useless against flings, but they have AG4 which can be a problem sometimes)
Slann (not sure - not played many games against them)
Goblins
Undead
Necros (the wolves can be a pain once they have a few skills or +stats)
Norses
Humans (yup, I find Norses easier to beat than Humans: lower AV iseasier to break)
Orcs (don't let them impress you!)
Skavens (very high speed - you gotta take the runners out or you're doomed)
Lizards (ST4 cages, MA8 Diving Tacklers, if the guy is good at positioning, you're doomed)
Elves (high speed, 2+ dodges)
High Elves (same with higher AV)
Dark Elves (same + stab)
Nurgle (one of the worst team: DPr and FA can completely shut you down)
Zons (dodge eveywhere + a fair amount of blocks out of the box)
Chaos Dwarves
Woodies (high speed, leap, 2+ dodges - I hate them)
Dwarves
Yeah, I'm bad against elves. |
