I’m gonna do a tournament end of the month and i’m gonna take my Ogre team!
Gonna be allot of fun!
I am having trouble choosing what to take.
Base team is gonna look like this.
Ogre+block
Ogre+block
Ogre+break tackle
Ogre+break tackle
Ogre+strong arm
8gnoblars
2rerolls.
From here i can add 150k.
So do i add
the 6th ogre+guard and 1fan?
2rerolls and 1fan?
Scrappa sorehead? (For ballcarrier)
And ofcourse why would also be good info |

which star players are available for your team? might be worth including grak and crumbleberry if you are allowed. |

Nop, no kicking ogre allowed.
Why strong arm? Becaus of the 2+ throw teammate. But maybe guard is indeed better.
You would go for the 6th ogre then? |

Throw Teammate isn't a tactic I'd want to rely on unless I had an Ag4/5 snot/gnoblar
I'd want guard more, or another BT |

No, i'd stay 5 ogres, but i'd take guard over the SA.
I think more snotlings is probably better too tbh. So I think one more reroll + more snots (maybe a leader snot if possible). |

sixth ogre and make one of the block ogres a leader instead. More solidity and also more reliable. Carry with a break tackle ogre and blitz with the block one.
I agree with you on strong arm, so why not combine this with what Antithesisoftime said and bring Brick Farth & Grotty?
ag4, m6 ballcarrier, and strong arm, nerves of steel thrower ogre.
It costs a lot (although you can fit them in a 5-6 other ogres roster with no rerolls, just Leader, depending on TV), they're both loners, but it also gives you more options in game. And it can surprise people. |

yeah 1 rr 3 more snots. you need a full team. amd guard over block, just to get the easy 3 dices vs the LOS and deny blocks against st 3 teams on the LOS.
maybe if you feel like fun take the bomber for 60k. or actually drop one block oger and take leader. or take leader on a gnoblar. way more crucial to have a rr for 70k that block for 30k. |

Can you take Brick Farth and Grotty?... cuz might be worth it trying to squeeze him in - even if it's in place of your Strong Arm ogre. |

If you're using CRP piling on, I think a piling on blitzing Ogre is nearly a must.
If you're not using CRP piling on, berate the tournament organizers for participating in a rule change that genuinely hurts the weakest team in the game the most. They should be made to feel shame. |

As much block as you can fit. Then one piling on, the rest guard. You can mix in a break tackle if you really want, but I wouldn't. |
