Answer is probably not, but is there a methodology (client, league, other) that would allow the enabling of a specific Prayer to Nuffle for a game? Specifically looking at the ones that add SPP for specific casualty-inducing scenarios.

I don't think so currently, but it would be a fun addition to custom leagues.

You can in test mode, don't think you can in regular games
