The Tournament has started and we still have eight more teams to review.
In the meantime, we can make picks for games between teams we have already seen:
Black Axe vs Deepwood Junkies:
As stated before, the Junkies are not quite in shape for a Major at this time. Black Axe is in shape.

Athel Loren Guardians vs Deadland Flashgitz
These Orcs don't have as much Tackle and DT as others but massive amounts of Mighty Blow could make up the difference.
With five handicaps and maybe a chainsaw these Orcs could feasibly make it through the first round.

I think LRB5 Takes us is the darkhorse here, its a mean mean team, and are facing a no dp de team first round.
Can they win this (killing a lot of elves in the process) they stand with a good chance to do something big!!

Thanx for the support guys. Hard to say if i can beat the DE. But ied realy REALY like to have a go at peteW elfs. Prob cant beat em but ied love to be the one that makes him use that Potion of Healing 
What i can say is that if i have to leave this tournament im taking someone with me

No prob. I didn't look at any of the teams though, I just vote in all polls that frequently come up in Recent Forum Topics and as there isn't a "I don't care" option I voted for a random team instead. |

Looks like whoever wins the QF between ALG and Superheroes will be champion. I expect to see Petter, Pmg and ankkh as the other semi-finalists. |

Game against LRB5 takes us is scheduled for "thursday, february the 22nd at 1AM bbtime (gmt +1)"
TR/TS is very close but preliminary scouting has LRB5 as the favorites.
The primary strength of these Dark Elves is the prevailing Blodge/SS.
The Chaos have plentiful Tackle and Claw to counter that.

TR/TS of 320/253 against Ultimate Superheroes 308/284.
The discrepancy comes from a high number of permanent injuries with an MNG Thrower on the Dark Elf team.
Giving a handicap with only 12 players (2 niggled) against PeteW's 14(2) with higher TS looks grim for the Drow.
