- Keep Hospital scoreless in a match
- Stall 3 turns next to the Hospital’s goal line
- Crowdpush 2 patients in a match
- Beat Hospital by 2 TDs
- Kill 2 patients in a match
- Kill a Nurse
- Cause 4 SI in a match
- Kill somebody with a secret weapon
- Foul 10 times
- Stall 5 turns next to the Hospital’s goal line
- Crowdpush a Nurse
- Beat Hospital by 3 TDs
- Clear the pitch
- Foul 15 times
- Cause a permanent injury on a Doctor
- Crowdpush a Doctor
- Kill 4 players in a match
- Win against Hospital twice in a row
- Kill a Doctor
- Cause 4 permanent injuries
- Score 4 TDs
- Stall 7 turns next to the Hospital’s goal line
- Win against Hospital in a tournament
- Kill a Doctor twice in a match
- Force a Doctor to regenerate 3 times in a match.
- Retire the Hospital

I'll bite, I just played Hospital with the cutest Nurglings around, Nurgling's Huggers. Here's what I got so far:
- Cause 4 BH in a match
- Make Hospital lose a FF
