Lot of poor ppl can just dream of seeing even the worst teams play bloodbowl. When traveling team happens to visit town its always a happening and players are heros of common man. Everybody secretly wishes he would be strong enought, brave enough and quick enough to make it and become a player himself!
Well children, now is your time to show soem talent!
PEASANT BOWL
A league of different taste! Where rookie play vs other rookie!
A open league tournament for fresh teams that have none other than linemen 
You can choose to play either human, orc or skaven.
!!! you can also choose from hobgoblin, zombie and skeleton!!!
!!! just dont mix zombies and skeletons
No throwers, no blitzers, no catchers, no big buys, no skills to start with.

ehy that sounds real good me and my mates did exactally this a couple of months ago turned out a bit boring but it was stillf un ill be in with skaven deffinetly  |

Mmm this sounds interesting, is it going to be in open or in divx? Maybe in divx would be better, as many coaches have already three teams in open but not three in divx? |

Its goin to be in open cause it has been known that divx is semi-official testing ground for new rosters for GW. |

Why not use the Ladder league. Nobody plays with those teams anyway. Also, why restrict it to only 3 races? I can see your worries about elves overrunning, but there cost is balanced out and they won't be able to buy as many players or rewinds. |

It is relevant to support more divx than open. Still this will take one team away from either league and for above reason my personal opinion is that it would be better that its away from open. |

Don"t use ladder-teams. The teams don't evolve. I thought the whole purpose was to create BB-stars from scratch?
Why don't you allow all teams wich have the option to field '(0-12) lineman' (with no skills). This way elves but also Hobgoblins can be allowed. The main problem is that a team can only have 12 players in it.
Just some things that popped to mind. |

And Halflings if there is anything close to being a peasant it is halflings , sure they have skills but I still think they should qualify. |

Elves lineman would be overpowered in there. Heck a lot elven teams _regularly_ start with 11 linemen. |

It is just human, skaven and orc. Hobbos would be nice but would need some alteration to fumbbl and making a whole new league cause no teams can buy that many hobbos (just 12) as Baldrox mentioned. AG4 is waaaay bad thing unless they would have AV5-6  |
