The Zodiac refers to the division of the sky using 30 degrees. What Licker did was more an astrology. The nearest system would be the Moon mansions. There are 27-28, depending on the systems. The 27th could be all the Stunty teams.

Skavens for the third face of Taurus and the first face of Gemini makes little sense: Saturn and Jupiter are opposite. If we take Terms, it would work OK: Saturn and Mercury. The great cutter and the speedster. Claw and 9 MA.
(EDIT - This works even better than with Mars. I misread. Chaos should deserve Saturn and Mars - Claws and Horns. That is, the transitions Virgo to Libra and Capricorn to Aquarius.)
