Was thinking about this too.
All we need is a very recognizable graphics.
It then could be downloaded from the site for a donation (I hope it works on a trust base).
After downloaded, it can be put on any type and size of T-shirt once/donation.
If needed, coach name can be put on the back, only the fonts should be decided to have it uniform.
This way no mass posting, no worry on quality/colour/size - and hopefully the sites/Christers rights are OK too.
My suggestion for the graphics is the FUMBBL logo + these playbooks in the background with Xs, Os and arrows. |

Although I'm not really doing team logo's anymore, I'd be happy to help with some work on designs. Feel free to raid the Fumbbl Image Library for materials.
I made this from scratch in the past for someones TT tournie, and could easily do something similar or do some font matching for parody shirts.
I'm not around for most of the last weeks of August (getting married, then honeymoon), but can happily add some input or support after that if it's wanted/needed. |

You know there are plenty of sites that allow you to design your own sports apparel... could get expensive sure |
