I just had a match were my side let themselves down and lost. But I did use my persuasion to successfully argue the call in the 2nd half. However that meant my player went to the reserves and I could NOT use my bribe!
Just a suggestion that you may not want to argue the call when you have a bribe, particularly in the 2nd half when having a player go to reserves may not help you. |

Good call, I'll hopefully keep that in mind! |

The order will changed in the next version (Bribes first, then Argue the Call). |

If it's possible at all, is there a way to code it so it's up to the coach? There are a number of times I could think of that I'd want to use the "free" option first. After a drive when using secret weapons...late in a half where the guy staying on the field is less important depending on positioning...stuff like that. If I'm about to score and fouling on T7 (or they're about to score and I'm fouling on T8) you can be sure I'd much prefer to try arguing the call first. You may say these are fringe cases, but I'd retort that they're way more frequent than say...choosing not to use the dodge skill. Especially for a frequent fouler.
As I understand it the rules are unclear and I think the official word is to do it in the order you want (though I'm saying this second-hand without checking for a source so grain of salt here). So if there's a way to make that happen, it would be outstanding.
If there isn't, yeah...bribe first is probably the way to go. |

I think Kalimar means that the client will ask for the Bribe first, if you decline the Bribe then it'll ask for Argue the Call next. Just like Juggernaut and Wrestle on the same player, or Side Step and Dodge when near the side line. |

if the rules didnt't decide an order it might make sense to be able to select first. are you allowed to use a bribe if the argument didn't work? |

Per the rules, the player should be able to choose the order. |

Kalimar, is it possible to code it like Pro RR vs Team RR vs No RR? |

In terms of ignoring how difficult implementation might be, I'd day this is wrong - insofar that the coach should always be able to pick which he prefers to do first. There's nothing in the rules that suggests an order. |

I agree would be nice to have the option. Sometime you want to Bribe first other times argue the call. |

+1 that we should be able to choose the order. If we do not have the option of choosing the order then I would very much prefer to argue first and bribe second, as it is much more common that I want to see if the argue works before wasting a bribe. If I want the player to stay on the field I should simply not use the argue at all. |

I think at the end of a half/drive when a Secret Weapon is sent off you want to argue first then bribe second. |

Slightly off topic, but related to the rule: Can someone point me in the direction where argue the call is located (IRL)?
I cannot find it in the LRB6.
I cannot find it in the new rule book, Death Zone Season 1 or 2.
While I know how it works, I just cannot find where it is printed.
Thanks, |
