Hello, today I have seen 3 custom pitches (Lizardman, Dark Elf, Necro).
They are really awesome!
One question: when I was playing my game vs Necro, there was the graveyard custom pitch (so, Necromantic pitch).
I checked the current games and my Dwarf team was on the left on the page, so I guess my team was the Home team.
If that is right, shouldn't the Home team's custom pitch be displayed? In theory the Home team is supposed to have the custom pitch, I guess.
Instead it seems to be the other way around. |

It's randomly selected between home and away pitch, it's not auto the home pitch.
Also dwarf dont have one yet. |

Ah, I see now, thank you! I thought it was selected for the Home team by default. |

I think this changed, and your own team is now always displayed on the left? in match reports and in replays
Obviously, it won't have always actually been on the left |

Lizardmen are on the left of the page and they were on the left of the pitch (as red Home team) when I watched the match. The custom pitch used was the Lizardman one.

Yes, that was the Dwarf-Necro match I talked about.
The pitch used was the Necromantic one, but the Dwarf custom pitch has not been made yet.
So, even assuming the Dwarf pitch could have not been displayed then the Necro pitch should have not been displayed either, because Necro was the Away team. Garion said that the custom pitch is chosen randomly, though.
Since I expected to see a Dwarf custom pitch I wrote the first post. |

For this match was the pitch used 'my' default home pitch as the nurgle team?

I think we both really found it hard to see the grid lines as his initial set up was actually off the line of scrimmage by one square by accident and I had much the same challenge.
If it's my default can I change it? |

You can change it, go to User Settings > Pitch > Pitch Customization > Use Default Pitch. |

Normally the top bar of the client says; Game - Team Setup - User Settings - Missing players - inducements and so on. Under User Settings is where the sound is. 8th down, Pitch. Or are you guys just trolling.
