It costs - 1 sp in total for skill stacking, so for example if you want to stack 2 primary skills on 2 different players in total it will cost you 5sp

It's a one-time fee of 1 SP.

Me too, wonder if we can we get another 2 by midnight (though I'm not sure if the 15th means it's tonight or tomorrow)

Edit: assumed teams were of 6, still in World Cup mode!
