Wow, so instead of getting us out the 3 teams of legend they create a new tier 3 team...
I mean, as a Halfling fan, it's a cool team & I'll grab one & start playing one.
But really, Gnomes before Tomb Kings, Chaos Dwarfs & High Elves?

Confused Evil or Very Mad Confused

Edit: Sadly they went w/ Treemen rather than some contraptions of a sort...

They may lack "right stuff" to differentiate from halflings. I'd argue they sound worse than flings if they lack right stuff and Master chef.

I wonder what skill access the players have? If it's agility, then they are excellent -> the only stunties with a very powerful natural first skill choice.

There is a small chance they are actually St 1 (i.e. Snotling like), not 2. Otherwise the team
seems way too powerful if it was similar to Garion's suggestion - a supercharged version of Halfings better in every way?

Not starting with Dodge is huge and being more expensive than flings due to 2 starting skills. I'm not sure they'll be better than Flings.

Skill access will be interesting. I wonder if beastmasters will have Stunty of not

As a Khemri player, I'll gladly boot them twice for passing us in the waiting line !!
GW can keep releasing SL inspired rosters for quite some time but frankly the wait is getting a bit long...

I'm betting the Fox Runners are ST1.

Very curious to know what the 'Illusionists' do?

I'm interested to see how they turn out. I'm not looking forward to having unmarked guard on a tabletop game, that'll be a pain.

If the beastmasters have stunty while starting with guard, it will make them quite the cagebreakers. Could see them act similar to frogs in that way.

I wonder if they are deliberately dragging it out. After all GW are a miniatures company and that's how they make their money.

Once they have brought out all the crp teams maybe they worry there won't be enough interest in new ones? They could bring some of the AoS armies into Blood Bowl, but that might not go down so well.

I wonder what the trickery of the models w/ the fishing poles will be...
strip ball? tackle? new trait? secret weapon?

Will the Illusionists have... hypno gaze?!?

Will the Fox Runners have...dodge, stunty, titchy St1 Ma7?

Diving catch would be my guess for fishing pole players.
They've been making new special abilities (pick me up, hit and run, bloodlust 3+) for recent releases so new special trait isn't out of the question either.

If you carefully watch the official presentation video, you will see that the female gnome (aka the illusionist) snaps her fingers (making a halo of stars appearing around her hand) while walking careless among other players.... by using invisibility?!?
(or hypno gaze, indeed)

Could be titchy. The illusion makes it easier to slip through and the lack of tackle zones could be because its an illusionist? Similar to the ethereal secret league ghosts.

I'm thinking Gnome Lineman could look like:

5/2/3+/4+/6+ Wrestle, Jump Up, Stunty, Right Stuff 30K A/GS
