I think it's also impossible to have teams from all over the globe on at the same time on a consistent basis. My other question, how do we determine which teams we face? Will the comp pick for us? You pick? We just play whoever we want, so long as we haven't played them yet? This could get really ugly really quickly if a team with a dozen games under its belt plays a brand new rookie squad... |

We should have a very strong schedule. No pick and choose matches. Matches picked for us by the league owner, preferably at random. Say 1 match a week, or 1 match every 4 days.
No matches in round 2 played until round 1 is finished.
If we don't do this, then the league becomes unstable, with a team with 5 matches under its belt playing against a team with 1 match under its belt, and this is obviously a bad thing. |

I am sorry to some coaches,
I had to choose between one or another team, so I just went up from the list to see what coaches applied first to give them the spot right now I got 2 spots left:

High Elf
The preferences for picking those teams are given to

You guys have 6 more hours from this post to apply with those teams after that it will be whoever applies first.
I feel really bad about having to not let some people in with their teams, so what you guys can do is you can apply for membership again and I will put you in the waiting list.

Ok, guess putting in a post here to say "reserve me a spot" isn't good enough to actually reserve a spot while getting approved.  Before I go through the motions of making yet another team, get approved, and then get denied entry to the league b/c I was "too slow", is one of the other coaches going to take the HE's? They're not my first choice of race, but I'll play them (moreso than gobs!). But if they're already taken... |

I'm sorry if some teams did not get in, but I did not read the threal just went strait to accept team as today was a busy day for me at work.
Right now I am accepting all teams that would like to be subsittutes.

Damn! I applied my Orc team when this topic had only 2 pages but I didn't post about it. What a mistake!
I always have a new unrunked Orc team waiting, so I don't have to wait for approval when I want to join a tournament. I almost always play Orcs at tournaments...

GL, Bloke, I was away from computer and couldn't create a team, submit for approval, and request joining the league in time. Guess I'll just save my human team for another tournament which comes along...very few catch my eye, and maybe if this one's successful I can put my hat in the ring to be human for the second rendition... |
