@Wizfall...Yeah I wasn't thinking of other elfs cuz I don't see em much in the box, but as for skinks and skaven, I'd rather see them all day than a whole team of ag4 that can just jink and juke, right up the middle if that's where the ball's going

Skaven due to speed at which they can flood your back field.
Gutter runners can normally get within 1 square of the ball.

i'd worry more about Wood elves than Dark Elves again due to speed.

Dwarves with guard can be annoying.

I'd say it depends what team you are playing with. If you have elves or skaven you can get yourself out of trouble, for instance. One of the worst teams to get blitzed by is a guard spam team (as mentioned already).

For my money, the best placed team to take advantage of a blitz, vs anyone, is Slann.
