No matter how the rules change, there is nothing better in the game than tactical fouling
I think fouling even got a bit of a buff in these new rules, which is only going to further increase your +/- odds when you work it into your team design
There are going to be a lot of tough choices that will have to be made when dropping a team from 2K+ down to 1350 so fouling out any team that tries to one trick pony a team to keep their legend is going to be fighting a pretty tough uphill battle if that guy gets killed or maimed
I think the following core set of skills for most races is a decent platform to work from

5 Block
1 Blodge sure hands’er
2 guard
1 Frenzy
