Put a cash bounty on any player's head! Only rewarded on DEATH!!!!!!

Rules:

- Cash taken from paying player immediately upon bounty being placed.
- If the player with a bounty on their head is KILLED, bounty paid to the coach dealing the killing blow.
- May be recinded by offering player after 1 week, but once a game featuring a player that has a bounty on their head begins, it may not be recinded until the game ends.
- TAG @Scott in Discord when you place a bounty.
- Money handled by GM (Scott) manually after games.
