PAST WINNERS

1) Teams must be a 145 team imported from the 145, or a 145 graduate league team to enter. The league is in beta testing for redraft.
You can enter new teams. You can enter old teams but If your team has 10 games or more, or is more than 1300tv on entry to the league then you must redraft before you can enter. The 145 commissioner's decision will be final on all disputed team claims

2) The redraft limits are (for season 3 beta testing) redraft after 10 games. the TV cap is 1300, there are agents fees this season set at 20K. You get your treasury, 1,000,000 gold plus 20K per game played, 15k per win, 10 for a tie and a loss

3) This league tournament is intended for 145 graduate coaches. No other coaches will be allowed to play unless with permission from the 145 Admin team

4)You can play games with any TV gap, but no coach is under any obligation to play a game they are not comfortable with.

5) All normal inducement allowed in [C] divsion will be allowed (Megastas are banned)

6) Playing a very weak schedule to boost your score is frowned upon this league is about learning.

7) Please don't play against the same coach more than 3 times, or the same team more than 3 times. Going over these thresholds will mean your games will not count when calculating your league points total.

8) 145 graduate cup games that your team plays during the season are considered

9) Results are taken from a team's best 'sprint' of 8 consecutive eligible games".

10) Points awarded per game are as follows. Win = 4pts, draw = 2, loss = 1.

11) A team must play 8 games to have a chance at getting maximum points. There is no penalty for playing more than 8, but you will be forced to redraft after 10 games. Your best 8 consecutive game sprint is what counts.

12) Sign up as many teams as you like, but make sure that you sign up a new team to increase the chances of a match at similar TV
