B) Approved by Admin (Site Rules)
C) No Experimental.
Teams will NOT be accepted if they have less than 6 Fan Factor to start with. Dropping to below 6 later is acceptable.
This is to ensure that if there is player losses, you will manage to make enough cash to replace them in one or two games.
