This league is for fans of European Rugby. The League will be broken into differant a number of groups just like the Heineken Cup.
-For off, this is a fun league so please don't play in a manner that your opponent wont find fun.
- All teams must be New League teams, <b>NO STAR PLAYERS or SECRET WEAPONS or WIZARDS!</b> as they don't fit the theme, unless you are using Goblins or Halflings.
- There will be no limitations on races. If everyone wants Dwarves then the whole league will be Dwarves.
- Fluff is required for your team as it must at least represent a European Rugby team.
- Players on the teams MUST represent current or past players of the team you are representing. They do not have to be the exact player names but can be names that have been slightly changed or add a Blood Bowl flavor to your favorite players.
- All team names must reflect the team they are chosing. City name should be as close to the team they are representing and when possible the mascot should reflect as well unless there is a minor Blood Bowl twist.
- There are no repeat teams, i.e. with there is already a team based on Wasps then there can't be a second team based on them.
- Each team will play each team in their group twice with the winners and best second placed teams going through a knock-out stages, and the two bottom placed sides going into the Heineken Shield.
- The Group stage will run for about 5 weeks and each round of the knock outs wills run for a week.
- There will be 4 groups with 4 teams in each group.

- There are no steed fast rules during the game, but below there as some optional rules that if you and your opponent agree can be used.
- No forward passing.

- No forward passing to a player unless he started the turn line of behind you, this represents a forward kick that on of your players can run on too.
