Teams can be made using the "Create team for this league" link on this league. You will have enough cash to buy your whole team. Then contact an admin with a link to your tabletop team (e.g. at OBBLM.com) so he can add spp and skill manually.
Inducements will need to be calculated manually before the game, and paid for with transferred cash.
