“Luck was with me this game. The Skeletons Av7 wasn't too good at withstanding punishment, and a number of the skellys stayed sidelined.

A score in the 1st half, one in the 2nd sealed the game, and my plan of picking the ball up, blocking a path to GFI twice and handoff for the goblin to try a TTM and "Longshot in turn 8" (gobbos name) was hampered by the fact I couldn't knock a skelly down after 3 2db.

Instead I dodged with my 3Ag BOB, successfully threw a long bomb to my passer (who was in a TZ), dodged with him successfully, handed off ok to a lineman, and he needed 2 GFI to score.

Failed on the first GFI and had already burnt reroll, so no 3rd score, but to be honest the game didn't warrant that scoreline - the Khemri were no pushover and only lack of block (burning up their rr) and low armour stopped them competing better.

Ehirrintzi is a good guy - he had some crummy luck, but with 2Ag and hardly any block skill that's understandable - team will be better in a few more games. Got another FF and some cash, but aside from that only the troll improved with Break Tackle - he needs block desperately, though his really stupid failed only once all game.

I had to work hard for the win, and got the dice plus the luck - I dare say in a few games time the result might be different in... a rematch?
