“What a game!
I looked forward for a recovery match (3 players missing the game) and I asked to one of my favourite elf teams.
I expected an exciting one, but that was really really more!
Everything happened (back to back blitz!, rock, perfect defence...), crazy plays, lucky plays and Lotus, yes, he really was a pain on offence and on defence, but maybe he was a bit tired on the last turns when he failed a dodge that gave my players a 4-4 tie.
But then again Lotus stepped on to score the 5-4 lead and my elves equalized soon on 6th turn.
5-5, my friend Rijssiej decided to try a last turn td, but I was able to stun both Lotus and his WD (the 2 possible receivers) on turn 7.
On turn 8 the ball was deep on the thrower, but he was pressured ...
A wardancer tried a dodge against a tackler and missed it... no rerolls... then I was able to sack the thrower and score with a double GFI on the very last turn....
I feel I stolen the victory on the last seconds and a tie would have been the fair result for a spectacular match like this.
I don't like elfball to much, but that was really a funny and well played match!!!
I hope Lotus will get Meuh on the top scorer list :D (I made my contribute tonight) eheheheh :DDD”
