Well; he scored 2-1
Then he got blitz and scored 2-2
Then I received and got 3-2 with him having 2 turns to score.
Thrown rock thinnned my ranks.
Then a touchback
Then some more double skulls
I was NOT surprised to see him 'win' the toss really.
Nuffle had his sights on me...
Even if it is hardly a blessing for him either; with 3 MNG vs Amazons?

I'd dare the claim that for most of the game Jinxed had both the team, Nuffle and the game in his pocket - granted I didn't play my best but double skulls and a useless Nobbla and an early Blitz! to screw up my offence made me lose the hope of winning pretty easily...
But then there were these small glimpses of hope as Nuffle rose from his mighty seat in Hell and let his rightous blindness scorch the field.
The 1-2 was what it was with it's Touch Back helping immensly combined with Jinxed overcommited Blitz! - I don't think either of us thought I'd have a shot at winning at all so the overcommiting was understandable with the amount of KOs I had suffered and the injuries constantly leaving me short of 11 by 1-3 combined with frequent stuns... But then the 3rd Blitz! of the game came combined with great dice in that last desperate chance to tie before 2nd half ended and take the game into OT.
It miraculously succeeded! After failing to pick up the ball with his wolf in a TZ the ball scattered to my CW. I made some easy POWs on his wolves and ran in with 2 GFIs through the Blizzard and didn't even spend my RR.
OT. I kick - not good. I'm down on men and while I have a RR I don't rate my chances very high. Odd dice throwing ensures as both teams litter the field with successful 1d blocks on his side along with a double skull - a terrible double skull that leaves his ball carrying wolf ready for a 2d crowdpush! Double both down from my blocker and RRs left and the wolf is fairly enough saved and Jinxed can run in the TD as expected.
Then it happens again - this smooth TD with an incredibly fortunate Touch Back, a Thrown rock and my 1st injury arriving in form of a FG covering the sidelines! I could hardly believe it. In the dying seconds I make a 2d block with a CW with Block to cover my ball carrier. Double Skull! And the CW goes MNG... Damn. Oh well it was a nice run, I'm thinking. Then! Before Jinxed even gets a chance to man-mark my ball carrier he throws a double skull himself and leaves the road wide open for the TD... I won the coin toss... All in all I don't think either of us really expected this despite what Jinxed says ;)
