Ok, so I played down... and against goblins to boot... But I only had one skill roll on a bunch of linemen, and it was a +ag. I came into the game without a single skill on my entire team!
Calador played as well as the dice would let him. The game was a lot closer than the score, thanks to 3 or 4 failed landings. Any one of those would have likely meant a point for him and one less for me.
There was a great couple of turns in the middle of the second half. We had a huge knot of elves, gobs and big guys in the middle of the field and I spent one entire turn pushing the ballcarrier around with 2-3 chain pushes at a time. Push a gobbo to put the ballcarrier up against another lino. Throw a block. Knock down the ball carrier and watch it bounce to a different gob. Set him up with another chain push, repeat as necessary. Enormously funny turn.

really allow flying towards the end-zone (atleast not my opponents :) )
Quite a few crucial rolls failed during the match, but these things happen from time to time.
I had great fun, especially in 2nd half, where the game was a bit more even than in 1st half (mainly due to the bouncing of the ball, and my gobbos relentless effort to catch the bounce).. It could've led to a TD when 2 of my gobbos made a run for it, but a failed pass stopped it.
Unseemly Unseelie is a good and fair opponent, not taking advantage of getting the ref at start of 2nd half (not even 1 foul just to show he had the ref).. Rest assured that I will try to get a rematch some day :)”
