“A fighting effort from coach Arta, but the dead boys where to fired up, to angry, and to many, yet despite the end of the match seeing only 3 lizards left on the park, things where far to close for comfort.
Champion effort Arta.
3 Votes : Balljuggler : just couldn't get the little bastard to stay down, bone head, a brush with death, as many tackle zones as I could throw in front of him, nothing could stop the little guy.
2 Votes : Erool III : of the two big lizards who survived, this guy was the one who dug deep for a final attempt to hold on to the draw, but in the end, they where just to badly outnumbered.

Not sure what one can say? The apoth worked (on Ag5 Balljuggler)? Besides that, it seemed the Fossils failed the key rolls and Coach SM had his undead boys all fired up so that every POW became a casualty. Iceing on the cake is winnings of 10k, FF reducing and MVP to dead skink.
First half started with the TOMAW receiving. They attempted to form a cage in the centre but a small weakness was exploited by the big Lizards in the middle and the ball came loose. Some brave running by skinks saw the ball advanced close to scoring, but snake-eyes after rerolls were gone allowed the TOMAW to secure the back-line and preserve a 0-0 score till half time.
The second half saw the Fossils start with 5 on the field and 6 retired. Receiving the ball and a daring dash up the middle in turn 2 allowed a turn 3 TD. Stalling would have been a nice option for coach Arta, but the only player standing was the ball carrier, and he in danger, so a score and hope for KO'd players to return (dreaming).
The defensive lineup saw the Fossils field 4. As expected the TOMAW ran in a relatively easy, and amazingly quick TD for dead guys. 1-1 and a quarter of a game to go.
Fossils received again with just 4 on the field. Secure ball handling by Balljuggler saw the ball advanced, then retreated, as avoiding TOMAV fists became near impossible. Eventually the ball was spilt and the TOMAV recovered the ball and rushed to scored just on full time.
